This year we had 78 lacemakers from experienced to complete beginners all sharing their interest and love of the craft. The five tutors, Kitty, Claire, Frances, Diana and Carole had full classes, and we had a small group of untutored lacemakers.
Plenty of progress was made by all. The workroom was open from 8.30am to 9pm each day and lacemakers took the opportunity with some arriving early and others going back to work after dinner. The atmosphere in the evening was more relaxed allowing people to chat and see what everyone else was working on.

We have provisional dates in the diary for next year of 26th to 30th July 2027 and the theme for the display will be SEASONS IN THE GARDEN. Information will be sent out in February.
